You may request a return under the following conditions:
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
All tags, labels and packaging must remain intact.
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items showing signs of wear, damage, stains, perfume, or alterations cannot be accepted.
We gladly accept exchanges for:
Size changes
Color changes
Replacing an item with another product of equal value
If the requested product is out of stock, you may select an alternative item or request a refund.
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Bodysuits
Swimwear
Accessories (earrings, jewelry, etc.)
Sale items marked as Final Sale
Once your return is approved and processed:
Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Shipping fees (if applied) are non-refundable.
Please allow 3–7 business days for processing after the return arrives at our facility.
Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
If you receive a defective or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
